I highly recommend that if you are seriously interested in learning glass as a art form this is where you need to be.

Happy New Year and Wonderful News....

I am brimming with excitement of the New Year and happy to share a new opportunity for my glass art career.

I have been accepted to A Gallery in Salt Lake City. This will be the go to gallery to find my sculptural art from this point forward. I have found that I need one gallery to house my collection so that I may concentrate on furthering my career nationally and internationally. They are already keeping me very busy. More to come on that when I have photos.

I am looking forward to participating in Gallery Strolls and other Gallery openings. I will keep you apprised of all the A Gallery happenings. The next opening will be a sculpture show on January 20th, 6-9 PM.

Introduction to Fused Glass (LLCFT 220) / Lifelong Learning Click this link to Register.

Learn the fundamentals of fusing glass in this hands-on class. We begin with exercises in glass cutting, then, using your new found skills, you will design and create two fused and slumped plates and a night light or sun catcher. Topics include design basics, straight and curved cuts, use of tools, studio safety, and technique. Discussions and demonstrations will cover the basics of kiln forming, from types of glass, glass compatibility, and mold materials to kilns and firing schedules. Special fee covers all equipment and materials. Class is limited to 8.
